4th of July Celebration
On Saturday night i was with my boyfriend like all day. I had so much fun because we ended up going to the annual Menifee Firework Show and Fair. It is like a tiny fair where there is like 20 to 30 booths set up but no game or rides really just a lot of bouncy houses. Anyways at 9 PM they have a firework show. Nothing to fantastic but its fun to just hang out. Well I ran into old friends, Chris and Lauren, And we talked for like 20 minutes and caught up and we parted ways. But there was a live band there the 40 19's... I was wondering why they would call themselves that then it hit me they were all 40 years old pretending to be there alter egos and being 19. ha ha I think its pretty funny. Well we basically walked around for a couple hours and then listened to the band and talked on the grass while waiting for the fireworks. I was kinda bummed though because there was a lot of cute stuff to buy but i had no money so i couldn't buy a single thing. But i can't buy everything I want. When we saw the fire works it was magical to say the least i mean it wasn't the best fireworks i have seen but i love watching the fireworks every year and i find it funny how blowing up canisters full of gun powder makes all Americans happy and gives us all a sense of pride we don't always feel. I want to know how do you guys spend you 4th of July?

Drivers Licence
Sorry this is coming kind of late but on the 21st I went to the DMV to take my driving test. I was nervous that I was going to mess up so bad and fail but luckily I didn't mess up. I passed my test and I got my licence. I'm so happy I got my licence and I drove to my boyfriends. but anyways when I was waiting to take my test the lady that walked up is a total tight ass and was just so uptight. I did the driving and I passed with 8 minor mistakes. But as soon as i parked my dad came to my car and I told him I passed. He went and bought me breakfast and a couple of doughnuts to celebrate. Well that is pretty much it for now, sorry it was so short.

Finished Leader of the Pack by Karen MacInerney
Okay I think by far this book series is the best I have probably read. Leader of the Pack gets a two thumbs up from me and I really hope she decides to keep the series going. I know I would definitely buy. I would suggest that everyone goes and gets a copy of the series because it is one of the best werewolf series I have read. Which isn't a lot, but I love it. Well enough of me blabbering on and on about how wonderful the book is. I finished it and I'm now on another book written by Jeaniene Frost. The title of the book is Halfway to the Grave and its part of the Night Huntress Series.
I'm about half way through chapter eleven and it is good so far, although it seems like this may have been one of the first books she has ever written. It is good but i have noticed a few errors, I'm no expert but I'm coming from the readers point of view. It seems to me that she reiterates herself several time and she fails to give me (as a reader) the emotions the characters are going though. She likes to jump into a lot of her scenarios without explaining the emotions of her characters to a deeper level. Maybe thats the way her characters are supposed to be since they are technically the undead. But overall the story line and characters are good. I know this series is now up to several books so I'm sure the writing has gotten better.
Well hope you enjoy my commentary of these two books...
Thanks

Okay, I found this website called unibook.com basically it is a self publishing website that lets you publish your work for free... I saw the link off of facebook and I was wondering has anyone ever heard of this site... If so is this site reliable? Have you used it personally and made any profits? well this is a short blog just wanted to ask some of those questions.
Well I started reading Leader of the pack and the book is starting to get really intense and I'm only in chapter 7... So pick up the book its a good read.

Finished On The Prowl by Karen MacInerney!!!!
Well I just finished On The Prowl by Karen MacInerney.I will say I did get kind of bored in the beginning of the book because it seemed like it was just paced pretty slow and she couldn't think of anything to write about but once you get over that hump the book becomes very interesting to say the least. I think this book was great and I recommend everyone to read it if you are interested in an Austin inhabiting werewolf who is being faced with many difficulties such as, being hex and being left nasty messages throughout the book. Not to mention major guy problem. Hot lawyer boyfriend, sexy delicious blonde werewolf, or a smolderingly hot CEO that has his own secrets.Who will she choose? I still don't know but I'm starting the third book, Leader of the Pack, tomorrow. So hopefully i can possibly answer some of these questions for everyone else and me.
Well I have decided that my blog will be on book reviews and how my writing is going because I knew I couldn't fill up my blog with just what I'm doing so I will throw in book reviews and interesting tidbits on books I'm reading. Hopefully I can get more people reading some interesting books. Well thats it for today hopefully I got someone to pick up a new book.

A Little Bit About Me
Ok, well I'm a teenage girl that is really interested in reading and writing. I have always thought it would be awesome to make a living off of writing stories for others entertainment and my own. I have written many stories but none I would like to consider publishable. But one day i was sitting on the bus on my way to school and i was in a really bizarre daydream, and then it hit me like a ton of bricks. I had to go home and write it into a story. I have written 13 chapters and over 100 pages, but it is still very rough around the edges. So i was thinking get it published, but (yes another, but!) it costs big bucks to publish your work. I'm only a teenager and my parents aren't rich. So i kinda let the dream go, for now. I was thinking about it and I'm sure not every author has paid to get the works published, and if they did would they even sell. Now that is my dilemma if i do get published will it even sell. So i'm hoping maybe someone out there can give me some insight. What would you like to read? Tell me, what cant you stand about certain books and authors? (No bad mouthing, just simple constructive criticism). So if some one can help i would greatly appreciate it. :)
